About Us

The Rotaract Club of Kingspark Hong Kong (the club) was officially chartered on 23 September, 1995 by our Chartered President Jimmie Kwan.Desiring to extend friendship through services for the underprivileged people in the community, the some twenty chartered members were organizing themselves with the assistance and sponsorship of the Rotary Club of Kingspark Hong Kong into the club.

 

Up to now, there were five presidents from the club being the District Rotaract Representative (DRR), they are CP Jimmie Kwan, PP Patrick Yung, PP Eddie Yau, PP Clarence Au and PP Virginia Seung.

 

Some signature projects of the club were Spina Bifida Concerns (1997-1998) which won the regional winner for East Asia/South Pacific from Rotary International, More Fun in Hong Kong (1997-1998), and Little Series Project including Little Shoes Project (2004-2005), Little School Bags - "Folk Song, Sing Along" (2005-2006), Little Bottles Project (2006-2007), Little Angel Project (2007-2008), Little Granny Project (2010-2011) and Little Warrior (2012-2013).
